ABOUT THE AQUACLUB™

The AQUACLUB™ trains the core, hips, and glutes to execute a proper golf swing while strengthening and elongating the muscles for better performance. The water’s buoyancy and resistance teach the body to swing from the ground up. The water provides the benefit of direct feedback, allowing the golfer to distinguish which muscles are being used — how, and when. This feedback also improves muscle memory of the proper swing to achieve an enhanced swing on land.

Training with the AQUACLUB™ creates a stronger, more balanced and flexible physique. This in turn creates a more powerful and controlled golf swing. The AQUACLUB™ also is valuable in learning the proper swing and follow through techniques.

One example is training for the back swing. The AQUACLUB™ swings out of the water. If the golfer comes over the top of the water, he or she will smack the surface of the water instead of slicing through it with very little splash.

Another example of learning the follow through technique with the AQUACLUB™: If the hips are not opened first, or if the golfer starts with the upper body too soon, completion of the follow through and getting the weight on the front foot will be impossible.
